Yin Yoga

Unwind, slow down, and reconnect with your body in HELD’s gentle Yin Yoga class at The Well: A Center for Women's Wellness. Join us on Wednesday, March 25 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM for a peaceful midweek reset. Come as you are, no experience needed. Just bring yourself and enjoy an hour of rest, restoration, and gentle movement.
